Jquey Autocompletion with php file [on hold]

I am following this tutorial. It works fine. What I want now is to get the var availableTags through http request to php file at my server containing same words as defined here. Basically what i want is autocompletion for multiple words and the words suggestions should be get from the file present at server not as defined in the array variable in jquery/javascript.
