If there is one thing that newcomers to Lean often complain about, it's all the jargon. One reason for this is that many would-be Lean implementers use jargon as a shortcut. They think that simply by hanging some posters or passing around some study guides, they are "doing Lean." In order for improvement programs to work effectively, everyone needs a common language. Acquiring language is usually a matter of practice through repetition.
